This anejo tequila from Gran Centenario is a 100% blue agave and aged in new French Limousin oak barrels for 6 months. It is unusual to see this type of oak used for tequila production and is more typically found used to age Cognac. The agaves used were sourced from Los Altos in Jalisco.
