Generous aromas of blueberry, red currant, lavender and vanilla. Medium-bodied red currant and cherry flavors are accented by a rich note of cedar.

Aromas of red cherry, raspberry and pomegranate. Multi-layered flavors of red, blue and black berry fruit, plums, cherries and a hint of blood orange underpin subtle layers of exotic spice and toast.  Fine tannins and balanced acidity drive a long finish.

The Layer Cake Pinot Noir follows the same path, but Pinot Noir is a much more finicky grape. It can be very rewarding, and incredibly challenging, to make a wine that has good extraction, ripe rich flavors, complex yet delicate aromatics and fine balance on the palate.

This medium-bodied wine is harmonious, with forward, plump fruit and a silky texture balanced by gentle tannins and elegant structure. The very typical Pinot aromas and flavors of red cherries and wild strawberries are complemented by a delicious, lingering finish.

 The 2009 Cristal is stunning, with incredible richness as well as elegance .A rough blend of 60/40 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from estate vineyards, it has a toasty, yet pure bouquet of stone fruits and toasted bread, perfectly balanced and will be a wonderful edition to any cellar.  Enjoy now thru 2033.....

Menage a Trois Pinot Noir is a full-bodied beauty, with soft smooth tannins, made with grapes from a trio of premier California appellations: Central Coast, Clarksburg, and North Coast. Prepare to fall head-over-heels for its vibrant cherry flavors, dusky violet notes and silky finish.
