Knob Creek Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is an utter classic small batch bourbon from Jim Beam, first created by Booker Noe and introduced in 1992. It was named after the creek which flows near where Abraham Lincoln grew up.
Rich caramel, bright ginger and lingering menthol hints, with more herbaceous touches developing with the robust rye notes. A good core of oak spice, too.Traditional rye spiciness, rich and mouth-coating, but not as overpowering as some other rye whiskey. Instead, there's more development of the vanilla, brown sugar and soft butter notes.
This addition to the Knob Creek line is aged for 9 years as is the standard bottling, but is bottled at 120 proof instead of 100 like the original. The Single Barrel Bourbon may vary from bottle to bottle as is the nature of the category.

Big Wave is light golden ale with a subtle fruitiness and delicate hop aroma. A smooth, easy drinking refreshing ale. The lightly roasted honey malt contributes to the golden hue of this beer and also gives a slight sweetness that is balanced out by our special blend of hops.
